Privacy Policy – Schedule & Reminder App

Last updated: March 28, 2026

Project Adamiani operates Scheduler Master (the Schedule & Reminder application, "App"). This policy describes how the App handles information, and briefly how our public website relates to privacy. The App is designed to be private: it has no backend and does not send your schedule or health data to our servers or to third parties.

1. Data Stored Only on Your Device

All data you create in the App—including schedules, reminders, appointments, health logs or journal entries (such as vitals you record), and names you save in the Library—is stored only on your device in a local database. We do not collect, receive, or have access to this data. The App is fully isolated in this respect: nothing is transmitted to us or to any external server for the purpose of storing or processing your personal information.

2. No Backend or Account

The App does not use a backend service for your schedule data. It does not require you to create an account. There is no login, no cloud sync of your reminders, and no server-side storage of your health-related or personal information.

3. Permissions and How We Use Them

The App may request the following permissions. We use them only as described:

  • Notifications: Used to deliver reminders at the times you set (e.g., for pills, injections, or appointments). Notification content is based only on what you enter in the App and is processed on your device. We do not receive or analyze notification data.

We do not use these permissions for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than the App's stated features.

4. Library (Saved Names)

The App includes a Library screen that stores names you add while creating schedules. When you add a new name, it is saved locally on your device and will appear in autocomplete suggestions the next time you add a schedule. You can view the full list of saved names on the Library screen and edit names at any time. This Library data remains on your device and is not sent to us or to any third party.

5. No Ads or Tracking (App)

The App is free and contains no advertisements. We do not integrate third-party advertising or tracking SDKs in the App that collect your data for ads or analytics. We do not track your behavior across other apps or websites through the App.

6. Website (marketing pages)

When you visit the Project Adamiani website or pages that describe Scheduler Master (including this privacy page and the product site), we may use privacy-oriented web analytics (such as Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. That applies to normal website browsing only: it does not access your App data, health logs, or anything stored in the mobile application. We do not use advertising cookies on these pages for personalized ads. Details depend on the provider; see their current privacy documentation if you want to learn how analytics are processed.

7. Data You Control

Because all data stays on your device, you control it. You can delete data by removing entries in the App or by uninstalling the App. We have no copy of your data to delete on our side.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Given that the App does not send data to us, we do not maintain user profiles or age-related data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or the App's handling of data, please contact us through the contact information provided on the Project Adamiani website or in the App store listing.
